Returns

Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please send your return to the address we provide in its original packaging. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Order Changes and Cancellations

 

We allow you a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to make any changes or cancel your order (discounted items are not eligible for cancellation). After this period, your order will be in processing and prepared for shipping, meaning that changes or cancellations are not possible after the 24-hour mark.

 

Damaged/Missing Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, we will be happy to provide a replacement as soon as possible. To file a Damaged/Missing Item Request, please contact our support team. When emailing us, please include “Damaged/Missing Item Request” in the subject line to ensure prompt attention.

 

Example Scenarios

 

“My tracking information says delivered, but I haven’t received my package.” If the post office or shipping carrier has confirmed the delivery with a specific date, time, and location, we are not responsible for items lost after confirmed delivery.

If the shipping carrier or post office cannot confirm delivery, please reach out to us to report the situation. We will arrange to resend the item or issue a refund promptly.

If the package was delivered to the exact address provided by the customer but was entered incorrectly, we cannot be held responsible for the error. However, we are always happy to work with our customers, and in cases where the error was customer-generated, we may offer the item at a discounted rate at our discretion. Be sure to double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you believe you’ve made an address error, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY so we can correct it before processing.

Returns

 

Once we receive your item(s) in accordance with the conditions mentioned above, we will process your return immediately and notify you. The refund will only be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. After the credit is processed, it usually takes 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Shipping

 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you purchased with a free shipping promotion, you will still need to cover the required return shipping.

 

Discounted Items
